· Subaru plans to expand its distribution network in China

Recently, it is reported that Fuji Heavy Industries' Subaru brand plans to expand its distribution network in China, and the total number of dealerships will increase by 20% by the end of next year.
Subaru believes that the middle-income group in urban areas is the main consumer group of SUVs such as foresters. Currently, the total number of sub-Subaru dealers in China is 230, mostly located in northern cities. By the end of 2015, Subaru will have a total of 280 dealerships in China, a 20% increase over the current number, with a focus on setting up outlets in the eastern and southern regions.
In June of this year, Subaru's sales in China increased by 3.7% year-on-year to 4,592 units, up 27.5% year-on-year to 30,360 units in the first half of the year. The 18.8% landslide that occurred in July was 3,600.
The brand plans to achieve annual sales of 100,000 vehicles in China in 2016, which is expected to increase by more than 50% compared to 2014.
