On November 15, 2012, the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Internal Combustion Engines and Components Products in the Yuchai Industrial Park was officially opened. At the launching ceremony, Huang Ribo, vice chairman of the CPPCC regional committee, Deng Yuren, director of the Autonomous Region Supervision Bureau, Lu Houlin, director of the Autonomous Region Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Zhong Huichao, deputy director of the Autonomous Region Department of Science and Technology, and Han Yuanli, mayor of Yulin, and Liu Zifu, chairman of the CPPCC Attended the ceremony and unveiled the inspection center. Li Tiansheng, Party Secretary of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd., and Assistant General Manager and Chief Quality Officer Tan Guirong were invited to attend the launching ceremony.
The inspection center has been under construction since January 2010. It lasted for more than two years. It is located on the east side of Yugong Highway in the Yuchai Industrial Park of Yulin City, close to Yuchai Monopoly Company and about 700 meters away from the new inspection building of Yuchai Corporation.
It is reported that after the completion of the inspection center, Yulin will become the necessary important public service inspection technology platform for the 100 billion yuan Yuchai Industrial Park to become a business card for Yulin investment promotion, not only to provide quality inspection and inspection services, but also to serve as a Yiyuan Park’s technology engine actively develops standard R&D work, publishes authoritative quality information of the industry, provides training for internal combustion engine inspection personnel, and provides services for Yulin enterprises to participate in national standards and industry standards (repair).
The Yulin Municipal Government’s construction of a national quality supervision and inspection center for internal combustion engines and parts and components is not only a further optimization of the layout of the national quality inspection organization for internal combustion engines, but also a more powerful technical service support for the development of Yuchai’s 100 billion aircraft carriers.
