Carbon Black N550

Carbon Black n550, physical and chemical properties: iodine absorption value of this product is 43g / kg, DBP absorption value is 121cm ³/ 100g, the particle surface is smooth, and the reinforcing energy is the best in the soft carbon black with high structure. Carbon black N550 is easy to disperse and can impart high stiffness to the rubber. It has fast extrusion speed, smooth extrusion surface, small mouth expansion and smooth extrusion surface. The vulcanizate has good high temperature resistance and thermal conductivity, and good reinforcement performance, elasticity and recovery. This product is best used with n660 when it is used for butyl rubber inner tube. It is used in tire ply, sidewall, inner tube and rubber compound of extruded and calendered products.
